2025 FALL LEAGUE INFORMATION

IMPORTANT DATES:

League Fees and Roster Submission: Monday Aug 11th (11am-1pm or 5-7pm - MRSC Stadium)

Start of Season: MONDAY AUGUST 18TH, 2025

Last Day of Season: TBD

NO GAMES FALL BREAK

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

PLEASE NOTE: WITH 160+ TEAMS IN THE LEAGUE, ALL TEAMS MUST BE PREPARED TO PLAY MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

FEES:

  1. MSSF LEAGUE FEE:  $12.00 per player. One check for ALL players made payable to "MSSF".
  2. MRSC FIELD FEE: $124.00 per player or $136.09 per player without TN sales tax-exempt status. (Clubs that have their TN Sales Tax Exemption Certificate: TSA, LOBOS, AND MIFC)   One check for all players made payable to "MRSC".
  3. RESCHEDULING FEE (10 days or more from the game): $50 per team per game.  Coaches and/or Managers must contact Simon Lacon for rescheduling requests.  All reschedule requests have to be approved by the league.
  4. RESCHEDULING FEE AND CANCELLATION FEE (within 5 days or less from the game): ANY TEAM REQUESTING TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL A GAME WITHIN 5 DAYS OF THE GAME WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL REFEREE FEES FOR THAT GAME.  If the game is rescheduled they will in addition, still be responsible for half of the referee fees as normal.  Any teams that fail to pay the referees within two (2) weeks of the game cancellation or reschedule maybe removed from further MSSF League participation.
